This video is the problem I am finding at the moment non duality is not solving any problems I have , I just practice and try all the time but nothing gets solved . I came for solutions, but nothing changes if you have people or animals you care about you need solutions not meditating for years on end. .
Redescovering your true self cannot make it worst. Take care of your basics, do what we have to do. But living as the mind, makes things many times worst. Find yourself. It has all the answers.
