I don't think she is the youngest to compete in WC because her first WC was in 2017 when she was 20, while Ratchanok won hers when she was 18. As for what records Akane has set, here are some of them: - The youngest Japanese to join National team at 14 years old - The youngest winner of Super Series title at 16 years old. - The first Japanese single to reach world no 1. - The first Japanese to win Japan, Korea, and China Open. - The only single player who won back to back WJC and WC titles. Right now, people are finally noticing that she is a lot more than that.
Her exceptional speed of movement combined with the ability to play a controlled shot at the end of that movement makes Yamaguchi an extraordinary player. Of course, with age, speed and mobility tend to be the qualities that badminton players lose first, but for her brief moment in the sun we can celebrate a truly great ladies singles player.

She is likely having a big and strong heart (physical) that allows fast heart beats at long period of time and yet to be able to be back to normal heart beat fast enough for next play.
