ty, I mainly threw that in there because it's a very fast moving sort of flicker and is very pronounced when using software that fills the screen. I think the refresh rate for VGA text mode is 70hz, and my camera's shutter speed is probably closer to 60hz as Windows 2.03 in my other video didn't flicker nearly as bad and I assume that was 640x480 @60hz.
I have been using Norton Utilities 4.5 on it, mainly for Norton Speed Disk. A feature I miss in MS-DOS 3.3 that was later added to DOS is defrag. Once I started using Speed Disk, I found out that the defrag included in later versions of MS-DOS was just a rebranded Norton Speed Disk anyways LOL
