It sounds wonderful! I am worried about the life of the bearing caused by the extra mass increasing the tip pressure on the thrust plate. An extra two kilograms is a consideration. I like the way it eliminates resonance from the vinyl and lowers the noise floor. The sound is very focused! I have been looking at similar products for a long time, peripheral ring clamps are a great idea!
I really like the idea, makes much more sense than a center weight, which makes some warps worse. The only problem I have is the stress on the center bearing and also the motor. And you have to readjust the suspension then you have to use it all the time. Some way of clamping without the extreme weight added would be very cool.
I own Wayne's Audio SS-T periphery ring and WS-2 center weight for my Audio Technica AT-LP7 and absolutely LOVE them. At some point later this year, I plan on purchasing a VPI Super Prime Scout and will upgrade with the outer ring above.

If the record is warped I don't use any center clamp b/c just like you've said it makes the situation even worse.
