Speaking from personal growth, part of it is knowing what you do and don't want to stand up for. Using this video as an example, Morgan saw the way staff got treated by violet and gotmik and wasn't going to let their behavior go by uncritiqued. And yeah putting your foot down concretely like that can be intimidating because of the potential backlash, but if you know who you are and what behavior you will and won't tolerate around you or your peers, you won't feel nearly as hurt about a negative response to your stand.
Hopefully in future videos we get the @‘s of the girls to appear on screen for like a few seconds at the beginning and at the end to help the girls get some tips from us TH-cam fans
