some feedback: you should have the font typeface display on the whole time you're speaking, at least when you're recommending fonts, instead of just flashing it for a second. I do love and appreciate how you put all the fonts on the same screen for easy comparison.
I know exactly what you mean, once you find something that works it just makes sense to use it. Especially when it comes to body fonts, where usability matters more than anything else. That's awesome, I'm sure it will come out amazing! 🙌
Hi! If I understand correctly, you want to use it for caricatures, for small pieces of text? In that case, I think it's perfectly okay. Definitely not something I would recommend for longer text or for websites, though.
Good question! I wouldn't particularly rate it highly as a body font. If you look at the section of the video that talks about distinct character shapes, there's a graphic with 2 typefaces side by side. The one on the right, with the characters that are less distinct, that's Poppins. It is, however, a great choice for headings and I love using it for that purpose. What do you think?
That's very difficult to say, it depends entirely on your situation. With that said, using a modern, sans-serif font is a very safe choice that's going to look and work great in most cases. They're very easy to find and I included some great examples in the video. 😉

Been using Verdana for 2 decades, will change to Avenir or try your ideas for my next project ;-)
