Phuwin, aka Pi, can speak English, Thai and Chinese. 🙂 And Mork was the guy in the extra scenes and the end of the Gifted Graduation episodes (they're actually advertisements of Clean & Clear Face Wash). The one with the eggs that got cooked using the girl's heat powers. I didn't pay a lot of attention to those scenes, that's why i don't really know what it's about. 😄
I think it is called "Fish Upon the Sky" because we commonly receive the statement or saying "It's okay, there's still plenty of fish in the sea". So technically, fish upon the sky is someone who is very rare and very special. Just my analysis. I hope it made sense.

If I understood correctly it means something out of one's reach or even impossible because the fish can't survive in the sky. But I'm not sure
