    I'm thinking to move to Singapore. I'm curious but would like to ask how did you manage to get such rent rates for condo? If I have not mistaken, rental rates are about SGD1-2K per month this days. Based on the rate you've shared, it works out to under SGD600 which is great!

      I got lucky to have found my current landlord. And yes, you're right. Its around that price in Singapore for common room in a new condo. Tip: keep on searching everyday in the different platforms (99.co, property guru, rent in singapore) its not impossible to get a good deal!

    As someone plan to work in Singapore , this video is informative. How was rental rates in Sg like HDB or master room? I heard rental rates currently is sooo high and many opt out frm working in SG.
