My New Graceland She Shed Studio Arrived on My Birthday!!

- I totally customized this wrap around porch Graceland Portable Building. This is going to be my new studio she shed.we will be finishing off the inside with insulation,electric, drywall, flooring,plumbing, lighting, heating and air with a mini split

my husband and i (both 25yrs old) just bought our first home, on 16 acres. im a boudoir photographer so we will be building my shed starting in may. this is my favorite video so far and closest to what im going for

Very nice indeed. My buddy is planning on doing one of those up as just a cabin. He said he is willing to put about 40K into the one he wants. That,s a nice cabin in the woods. I just looked at 1, and the guy finished it completely for 38K. 14' by 30' with a real nice deck on the front. The inside was all done in white pine, and the windows triple pain. The guy done a real great job. Enjoy Yourself

I live in the South and have the same style of she shed with the green roof in my Sanity Garden. Been debating on what to paint the outside. Have some Nandina Shrubs that I thought I might plant near the shed so the red berries and read leaves would "POP" against the white walls in the winter time. My "Sanity Shed" is a 12' x 32' repo. I took the loft out so I could enjoy the high ceiling. Happy Birthday to you!

Few years ago I bought a 12'x16' shed which they assembled in my barnyard, It is my 'art shed'. I put shelves and peg board up, but that was a about it. No insulation, heating or plumbing, but it has electricity by way of an extension cord from the garage. Mostly it's a storage shed for all my paintings and art supplies, not to mention yard sale stuff. Hope to pull everything out this spring and reorganize it.
I've always tried to figure out how to build a shed for my kids. I tried several plans but always got stuck along the way. I'm glad I found this Ryan's shed plans [ Go Here >>> *WoodBlueprints. Com* ]. It has made the work become as easy and simple as I never thought it will be. Thank you Ryan!?

10:16 I’m sure it’s looking great by now since you’ve had it a year 😁 Mine was made into a cabin so I’d have my own getaway without leaving our property. Since our kids are grown I have a huge craft/sewing room in our house. My cabin is my domain!🥰 My husband and family don’t even go in there unless invited. I have two lofts so I put beds on each one, plus a little storage on the larger one. The way that my husband came up with to access them is pretty easy. He connected the 2 lofts with sturdy beams and placed an attic ladder coming from each one. They are easy to go up (more like stairs), and out of the way when not needed. There’s a kitchen and bathroom. My teen grandkids recently stayed in there and now they each want one! Lol

Graceland has a good product. We just received our second one which of course will be the art/she shed.
How old is your first one? Standing up to the weather well? Any regrets?
@@kyleatudub no regrets 4 yrs, we are in south Louisiana no standing snow on the side of the building, make sure you get urothain(forgive my spelling) coated. The stained buildings need to be restained every couple of years to keep the panels from drying out or you can paint it.
So excited for you. I saw one of these beauties the other day and would have driven off the road had I not been the passenger. They are soooooo cute.

I live in one as well and they come in all different sizes, they come much bigger than this one

I am considering buying one. I would like to insulate the walls, drywall/mud/paint, run electric, propane fireplace, plumping, water. I can't have 2 homes on my property, I need place for my mother to live and I can't afford a house for her... but I bet you can turn one of these into nice little house.

How odd. We had a 32ft one brought on to our property right next to our barn. Same shed, no porch, and the guy who brought it used a hydraulic trailer that carried the shed. He got that thing up our long winding driveway and then fish tailed it into its spot.
It was amazing how he maneuvered the shed with his remote controlled hydraulic trailer.
Perhaps these delivery guys didn’t have access to that type of trailer.

Made with nice plywood. Looks like a thin coat of white paint. Very nice.
I can’t imagine mine without the loft it hold so much and I’m 6’ tall and can walk under the loft and still have a few inches to spare . But you know what you need . Love the porch 💕
Kay Sandel Thank you 😊 I do have a loft, at the front of the building over the porch. It’s very spacious. I just didn’t want the one in the back because I wanted to add a ceiling fan.
Darrell Knox it’s a metal roof fully reinforced. Took out any trees that would cause damage. Living where I do we have strict code enforcement on buildings for hurricanes.

I used to sell Graceland Storage Buildings. They are the top of the line buildings!
How much do you think something like this sells for
@@dawnarchambault6804 it depends on the size. A Graceland 16X40 Garage used to be around $13,000. Which is the largest size they come in. This is a cabin so it will cost a little more due to the more material in the porch and roof. Also I'm in SC and prices vary by area. I do know that Graceland buildings are top of the line and they come installed with mobile home ties. Look to see if you have a Graceland dealer near you by going to their website and entering your ZIP code.
