You should do a video on a post adoptive parent, getting a phone call saying another sibling was born and needed to be placed. I learned so much 2 years later the sibling was still reunified. Also, during this process we became a level 1 foster home.
It’s also okay to say no because there’s something going on with one of your children/other foster children and you think accepting another placement will have a disproportionately negative impact on them, too-i.e. you might be able to handle the emotional load of bringing another child into your home while your biological child has surgery because you know the surgery they’re having is minor, but they may not 🥰
