First, go to the references tab then make sure your bibliography style is in IEEE format.

Yes, if you want to add additional information about the source then you can click on the checkbox “Show All Bibliography Fields” !

Yes, It is a recommended field, as well as Author, Title, Pages, Year, Conference Publication Name and Publisher.

@@hasanalikhan3543 if a DOI (digital object identifier) is available for an article, always include it. If an article has no DOI, and you accessed it through a database or in print, just omit the DOI.

Yes, I used Google scholar to get reference information like author, journal ...and this is quite helpful to fill the dialogue window in Word.
