What is she doing with her hands?
She had earphones in to hear her vocals, she was asking for them to be turned up without making it obvious
Remember Sia cant make eye contact with her crew because of the wig. So she will rely's on hand signals.
I know one thing for sure, she wasn't waving down a Taxi cab. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!
