BEAUTIFUL! My brother was in a gospel group that LOVED Blair & the Violinaires. They had a guy that could sing high and all they sung were Violinaires' songs!! I miss those good old days but thank you to Hewstone (and others) for these great posts! GOD BLESS!

They succeed and you,the listener, are left either rocking to the sheer force of their performance or shaking your head and smiling like a chess cat. One of the best gospel performances ever recorded.

charlie sounded so much like blair back in these days on his squalls you barely could tell the difference
Listening closely.....Blair is doing some "squalling" in the background...no question about it! He (Blair) had to get him some of that! LOL !
