I've used the raptor cart to anchor to before MANY TIMES, at least 50 or 60 times. I've seen it in action on two different occasions, and both times it did exactly what it was supposed to do. I have no problem trusting it. The only thing that I dont like about it is actually getting it up to where its needed. Without a way to lift it, its impossible because it's so heavy. So unless you have a boom truck, or a crane, it isn't worth buying one, because the thing weight over 1000 pounds
