Don't worry girl the "differnet endings" is only something depending on a choice you make near the end of the game, there is just a good and bad ending, and it's not a random choice, they warn you like "this choice is super duper important and will change your fate"
That and the game basically tells you multiple times what the right answer is.

It’s okay to be overwhelmed in the beginning of these games with all the mechanics and stuff. Try not to rely on chat too too much though (doesn’t mean you can’t ask for help occasionally).
Read carefully, take your time, and experiment often. That’s some of the best advice I think I can give rn 👍🏽.

Lmao its important to know that the dialouge choices really only matter during a social link event, outside of those the dialouge choices don't have any lasting consequenses besides different dialouge options.
The compendium is the list of ALL persona in the game. You can only summon ones you have already encountered (either by getting their card in the wild, or by fusing them from others). The level is the base level they start at, or the level at which YOU have registered them. So, Orpheus would have started out as level 2, but since he leveled up through you using him, and you registered the upgraded version, he's now 3. The level 12 one that you don't know about yet will be found as a level 12 or higher.
If you hit Y it will remove all the ones you don't have registered, which lets you see what you could actually summon.

16:40 There's a lot to the fusion system at first but it generally stays the same with some slight differences between games
The most important piece of advice I can give you is this:
Just play you own way, the first experience of a persona game can be overwhelming, especially when you don't know anything about the series.
All theses videos about "the best way of spending your time" are true guides, but they are guides for max completion, to do everything, but that shouldn't be your goal when you play for the first time, you should just play at your own pace and try new things without worry.
Basically, if it gives you peace at mind, the original persona 3 was almost impossible to complete fully without following a guide from start to finish. This remake is a bit easier to do so, but this should be a good example on why you shouldn't worry.
Persona has a ton of lore and based a lot of mythology/history so it’s very normal to be confused by all its symbolism. The Arcana/Tarot you keep hearing about are in real life playing cards that are often used to see people future and fortunes. And the Arcana are the major category of cards, so the list of Persona categories (Fool, Magician, Lover, etc) are basically telling you what type(Arcana) Persona’s fall into. There’s more lore behind all of it but it’s not relevant beyond cool facts

Registration saves the current state of a persona, they all level up and gain abilities individually, so if you don't register them, you'll have to summon an earlier version. Sometimes that's desireable, like if the only reason you need one is to be an ingredient in a fusion for what you actually want... lower level personas are cheaper to summon.
Everything is main story, side stories falls under 'social links'. The characters will always let you know how the main story gonna progress

1:23:50 Yeah, that's a great idea. Persona 6 should have that kinda feature. In Persona 5, there are chances where you have to make a decision that will either benifit or punish your choices, but those aren't minigames.
Edit: Persona 5 Royal does have minigames, but they're only to boost "Baton Pass" and teammate stats. Nothing about earning money or maximizing social and battle stats.

Heh, and yeah, don't watch those min-max videos about how to 100% optimize your time. Those are written by westerners who are obsessed with finishing the entire game in a single playthrough, which is almost impossible unless you DO follow a crazy strict schedule. Games are meant to be fun. THESE games are mean to be replayed, so enjoy the ride and if you really want to see a thing you missed in your first run, you can always start a new game + and make different choices.
Technically, -kun is "ku" and "n", and in Japaense the n is not the same as English... it's the only syllable NOT ending in a vowel, and has a kindof sound like "ng", but shorter. So pronouncing it koon is acceptable, but you kinda need to add a bit of extra sound to the end. I can't really describe it well, but if you listen to some native speakers you can probably see what I mean.
