I don't think you can do that bc C is a Procedural Oriented Programming language so it reads everything in a sequential manner (i.e. top-bottom) so if you put the header files like stdio.h etc down then the compiler (while compiling) won't understand any keywords you use earlier bc at that point it's just gibberish for the compiler it's only after including the header files (which have the different definitions for each of the keywords) can the compiler understand keywords like printf,scanf etc

You can take array size large intially and take only required elements in it
