It feels like I have nothing anymore in life but gym to make me feel something. its so fucking boring. gaming is no fun. i dont want to party with friends. there must be something else right? the only times I feel good/happy is when i'm with my partner and when im at the gym. How? I have a manager job at the age of 25. I earn good money for my age. But is this it ? now i just work, gym, get tired and sleep ? this sounds so cliche when typing it but that's how i feel RN. and i don't know what to do about it. Do i try to get other hobbies? idk get some fucking plants? get a pet ? move? or do i change something major? quit my job ? I don't know. I just don't know anything at this age right now. How do i enjoy and live in the moment ? I feel like I have lost. I am stable, but I have lost.
Take Breaks from life, e.g. enjoy your free days and do somethinge with your partner. You dont have to party with your friends, its nothing you have to do. Maybe go out sometimes and take a walk, it sounds weird, but sometimes you only need some fresh air and your partner you can talk to. Whats the importenest in my opinion, is that you book a holiday trip for example and maybe visit another country, maybe also with your friends, this could make some cool memories. I mean i am very young and dont know much about life but this are the things I experienced and realised.
