I really look forward to these witb’s especially bc it’s detailed with grip sizes and shafts. Most witb don’t show the shafts so I really appreciate it
I’ve watched a good many of these WITBs and I always find it funny when the pros have pre-wear on the leading edge of their irons - I continue to think about srixon irons and the v-sole.
2019 prov1x. Went into my prov1 box of golf balls and found a few of them. Going to test them out tomorrow to see their ball flight, curious. I've seen some pros using the 2021 ball instead of the 2023 version (interesting).
I have 2 Vernis pieces that friends often ask about and when I tell them the truth is fake, no one believes me. So now, I still like to buy kislux bags. However, it makes me sick to think that there are still a few websites selling fake products as genuine products.
These players really are spoiled and have no idea what the real world is like. He plays the 2019 Pro V1x and will never play another ball? So he's 30 years old and let's say he plays till he's 50. Does that really mean he is expecting that Titleist will contunue to make the 2019 Pro V1x for the next 20 years, even if no other players continue to play it? Really?
So the guys that worked their whole lives grinding to make it to the pinnacle of their sport are spoiled because they don’t want to switch golf ball? Equipment manufacturers in every sport continue to produce older models of their product for their pro athletes. If it actually hurt Titleist to keep producing the 19 x, do you really think they still would?
@@richo2501 Tons of guys in the NHL use older stick models that aren’t made for the public anymore. Companies like Bauer and CCM still make those sticks just for them because it’s what they’re comfortable with. It’s the same thing here with Fitzpatrick and the 19 Pro V1x. Titleist isn’t going to keep making it if it’s bad for business. But if keeping him happy means producing a ball that works for him, they’ll do it because he’s out there repping their brand every week. Calling him “spoiled” is a stretch, honestly. The guy grinded his whole life to get to this level, and if he’s more comfortable with the ball he knows, why is that a big deal?
Rumor has it he now has a girlfriend, you can tell his manner is different now because of it - no longer the giddy drooling British schoolboy and now more of a laid back maturity .

Word
It's really nice to listen to an interview when the interviewer also knows what he's talking about! Great video, was really interesting
Great video. Great break down. It is interesting to hear some of these players playing older versions of the Titleist ProV1s or ProV1Xs

I think it's great he switched back to those S55 irons, I had a feeling he would. If it's not broke don't fix it.
Great video. Matt Fitzpatrick is my favourite golfer
Such a beauty, I'm such a fan of these witb with when and why these players switch or stay with the trusted gear. Keep these coming
Getting all the big hitters now jtp👌
Tbh the S55 precedes the i200s series, it relatively the same idea, with a cavity back with an insert so I understand why he doesn’t upgrade
I still love my S56, tempted by Blueprint S but didn’t feel much difference for the investment.
Is that flat cat golf grip on his second driver legal? Or is that just a training aid?
Not legal, it’s just a training aid.
He obviously knows what he is doing but still interesting with 4 iron and 4 hybrid?! How does that work gappingwise with the 3 wood?
4h likely goes 15-20 farther
What do the letters on his putter bumpers stand for?
SUFC - Sheffield United Football Club
What ball is he playing again?

Looks like he's been hitting the gym. What shafts in the irons don't think you mentioned them ?
Ping cfs lite x-flex
@@codyr4816 Are you sure? At the beginning he alludes to having tried different shafts but then returned to what he always has played - x100s...
Project X LZ 6.5
The Best WITBs in the game!
Cheery soul isn't he.
really bad audio
We are approaching new gear season, yet Matt uses old equipment, even new clubs in the old models, says something
Zzzzzzzz🥱

Man the graphics on PGA 2K54 look incredible

Titliest will just hand over tour players expensive to us amateurs. Toilet paper and golf balls are the most profitable items in the world

@@treeman5648 EVERY sport? Really? Name another that doesn't use a standardized ball for competition?

Bro he's soon to be married lol
pretty sure hes already married
Best and most knowledgeable presenter for a WITB,they are usually very uninformed!
