Thanks for this. Is there a way to have the call go to voicemail or not get picked up if the caller’s phone number isn’t in the spreadsheet?

You would have to set that up on your telephony providers side. There's no function on VAPI's side for that. If you just want it to hang up don't answer the inbound webhook request to your server. you would have to set a condition. Contact me via discord for more info it's a bit difficult to help here haha
