Yup, can't stun him without him raising the alarm after that :( But... it's glitchable - when I stunned him, then used the spray and let him see me finishing changing the uniform for a split second, he got stuck on question mark until the other officer arrived and then came back to normal.... However, without the possibility to save/load, it would be crazy to try this :/
When he raises the alarm just wait a minute and everything will go back to normal. Just make sure Manfred is hidden in some bush so no officer can spot him in panic mode. Greta and Joachim are perfectly safe inside the mansion
