    Loved this video! I am a nurse and suffered with chronic neck and shoulder pain for a year and a half. Tried everything until one day I came across Dr Sarno and my life changed. The pain is a great marker of what is going on internally and learning to listen to the pain has changed so many aspect of my life. Keep up the great work!!

    Does the autoimmune disease(Hashimoto) play a role in mind body issues?

      If you are in a hypothyroid state, you might feel depressed which will increase the chances of developing chronic pain a lot. If your hormones are balanced, it's very unlikely that it plays a role.

    I’m JUST. A lay person and I’ve been saying for one year, the virus feeds on fear AND whether we fear it or not we are picking up on the cumulative stress energy on the planet. Now if only I could make the money this doctor has made researching and coming to this outcome……

    Thank god for this doctor but the inflection in his voice sounds like a 13 yo girl. It’s really almost embarrassing.
