ジェイテクトSTINGS所属の西田有志です!
今回は僕が体作りのために、いつも食べているレシピをお教え致します!!
味付けは、僕好みなので、美味しいかな？？

オリンピックの男子バレーをきっかけに，西田選手を知りました。
それまでバレーボール自体，全然興味無かったのですが，
母が欠かさず応援しているのでたまたま一緒にバレーを見たら
西田選手と石川選手のプレイに釘付けになりました！
相手がどんなに強い国でも引き下がらずに堂々と戦って，
最後まで絶対に諦めずに立ち向かっていく姿に感動しました。
そして，ブラジルに敗退となってしまったけど，
悔しくて涙を流している姿を見て，
今までどんな思いでやってきたのか…私にははかり知れないですが，
胸うたれました。
イタリア移籍とても寂しいですが，更に強くなって
次のオリンピックでまた活躍してくれるのを楽しみに
待っています！！！
調理器具も調味料も外に出てるのに全然散らかってる感ないのなんで…めっちゃ清潔感あるいいキッチン🥺✨

ブロッコリーは水溶性ビタミンなので、確かに熱湯で長時間茹でると栄養素が漏れ出ていきます。電子レンジが有効ですね。

3:06玉ねぎ切ると涙が出るのは鼻から涙を出す成分が入ってくるらしいので、西田さんは鼻が強いってことですね笑

I knew he never understands what I am pointing due to different religions but I feel it because that is the ideal guy that God wanted you to fall in love with and he never boast or he never got cruel he is really an angelic guy you ever met... Awww he is the ideal guy that every woman is looking for... If you really like him maybe he is the answer to your prayers and you surely are confident that he is the man that you ask God for... Yuji-sun, God loves you and he never lets you down... God wanted you to trust him no matter what happens to your life... In your injury days, he wanted you to trust him that you will get better soon and be able to play again, he also had better plans for you and your team... God bless you always...
