She used "Sonata" to refer "You" instead of Anata (the already very polite neutral version)/Kimi/Omae/etc. The Japanese readers said the way she spoke feels like poetry, even reading it in manga makes them able to FEEL her elegance and dignified grace. "Wara" is just a very dignified way to say "I", it didn't mean they have to be from Samurai-descent.
I hope if OP live action manage to arrive at the 2years time skip arc, I hope Tiffany Young can play as Boa Hancock. Tiffany can pull the 'Queen' (Empress) vibes, that rich brat vibe and the smitten girl vibes.
