I'm pretty sure that disney owns the rights to percy jackson so I don't think there's any other choices for where this show could have been made on. the books are also targeted towards kids so it only makes sense that the show does too. I agree that some of the dialogue was awkward and they could definitely do better with showing more than telling the audience about things but as a first season, I think there's a lot more time to improve
Percy can’t manipulate blood but it can manipulate the poisons, it’s risky. I love how Poseidon finding common ground with Zeus by mentioning Thalia and her bravery inspiring other demigods, comparing that to Percy and calling him Persues adds the role of a hero.
Yeah, I’m sorry, but the girl in the blue hoodie needs to shut up more and stop criticizing lines that aren’t that bad like damn you didn’t write the script for the episode and wouldn’t do it anything better. Just shut up and chill.
