Camping in Mulshi

Mulshi is a village in Pune district. The region is an eco-tourism hotspot, and there are many guest houses that you can rent for a day or two. It is one of the popular places to visit near Pune, specially during monsoon. From Mumbai it was 150 km from my place. there are good places to eat, we had our afternoon lunch at Hotel Aarohi the food was prepared in the local style. The total expense that each one had to shell out was around 1200 Rs. that included petrol, now it also depends on the bike you ride. The place we camped was picked by us, we did not go with any event organizers. as we do a lot of self camping. so you need to be very care full where you are camping keeping in mind about the wildlife around you and also need to know the distance from the nearest village near you, just incase you need help in an emergency. but if with a event organizer you can be rest assured coz all is taken care of.
