Glad I came across your channel. Dope channel BTW. Just started working at a high end resort with 100+ of these units. I was intimidated at first because I had only worked on regular residential systems. Installed a couple of mini splits but never had to troubleshoot. I definitely want to ask you a whole lot of questions in the near future.

I’ve got a C416 on my mini split, it’s less than a year old. I can’t get the guy who installed it to come out and look at it. It would be great to use the thing I paid for. The last month it’s just been a wall decoration….

He probably didn't tighten the flare connections correctly or do a pressure test.
You likely have a leak

Nice had the same code on a Samsung brand new system and the blade nut was loose causing a out of balance motor and damaging it. Put a new one in and had no problems since and I also ordered a board just in case, 😅
I like them Samsung units.

It means replace the fan motor and board. If it's in warranty that is what samsung is going to want you to do.
