準備一小碗麵粉水，水餃在捏合前，手指沾點在周邊塗抹一下，包好再輕壓，這樣比較不會“開口笑”！內餡加點白胡椒粉也不錯哦！
一般水餃是煮好撈起（乾）沾醬吃（蒜末、醬油、黑醋、香麻油），也可加一點點生辣椒（籽刮掉就比較不辣，多一分香氣！）
煮湯的，大多稱為餛飩湯。
