Rashid Latif defends the players too much. Why doesn't he understand that players like Rizwan, Shadab, Imad, Azam, Amir, Usman, Iftikhar, even Babar (in T20Is) just don't have enough abilities to succeed in modern white ball cricket? They have to be removed and a younger lot has to be built for the betterment of Pakistan cricket.

Because Rashid Latif has a policy Geo Aur Jeena Doo, Don't Forgot Rashid Latif has no position in Pcb. He Don't Discouraged Any Players and Critized them badly.

No domestic cricket, no international cricket team.
Our team is not even in the top performing group of all formats. Do you think we have enough pool to stage separate teams for white and red ball cricket ? Should we keep that in the long term goal and work towards it. Having the same players play all three has brought us down to where we are today. No where close to a good test team even at home is embarrassing.
Babar isn't a good caprain material. He's a plain duffer for this assignment.
He should concentrate on making runs. In few years time he will be more mature worthy.
For Pak team, the PCB (if they are sincere and willing to solve issues) Sarfaraz is the best choice. Bring him back and use him for training of future captains. He will disappoint PCB and cricket fans. Moreover, He's favorite to many of his team mates.
Saud Shakil, Sharjeel, Imad, Shan Masood are great pick for a redefined Pak team.
Rashid is the most sane cricketer in Pakistan
He defends your players too much no matter how bad they are..
