10:30 - sudoku instead of instagram i made it a habit to play sudoku on my phone, of course this led to me still being on my phone and thats not good but ive stopped spending hours on instagram and such, and the good thing about the app is that its also counting your time and as a competitive person i always try to beat my own highscore and its like something that now gives me so much energy and dopamine while also not being brain rot, also it made me able to see more at once since i can immedeatly see when a number is in a row so i would say this is very useful, hope this helps someone

To stop night time scrolling you can just do a meditation (I use Headspace, they have meditations for everything). After that I feel sleepy and don’t want to ruin it
My goal is to just try to calm down more and enjoy as much time with my family as possible, as our time is limited and we never know when it will be up! It's hard with my kids being teens but that makes it even MORE important!

I can't drink water once I wake up (hurts my stomach), but I drink Komchucha instead (filled with natural probiotics and nutrients) and then I'm able to drink some water (I drink water with cucumbers because I hate water alone). Reading a good book before bed had helped me with insomnia for years and one of my first steps towards discipline and taking myself seriously about that was to impose a NO phone zone for me to begin with (I've struggled with that and really decided it was time to start making changes in my life). Anyway, back to the subject.😂 A noise cleansing session sound like a nice add on to my night routine! *excited to try! Aaand since you've asked for suggestions. I was thinking: How about doing the cleansing session at night, after the skin care routine, right before going to bed? Also, this idea might be a life changing practice with kids; To disconnect and unplug from technology right before going night night. What a nice way to self-techno-detox 🤔 Can't wait to apply that as a weekly or bi-weekly task(Hey, slowly but surely guys). Well, I hope that will help me with my 4 super active nieces. Heyy, as a tip for not scrolling before bed, I replaced it with reading. But you have to get a really interesting book, I personally like murder mysteries because I don’t get bored of them as easily beacuse i want to know the solution. I also just out all of my devices in another room or out of sight so I think about them less. If you have an alarm on your phone, I replaced it with an alarm clock. Hope this helps, and ilysm ❤️

Have you ever tried putting on a movie you've seen before that you wont get too into. I like to put on old childhood movies to fall asleep too. I just dim my laptops screen and keep the volume low. I don't feel tempted to scroll on my phone since im watching but i also don't get overstimulated and lay awake.

My friend/coworker shared with me to turn on your red light (in your settings) on your phone so the blue lighting doesn’t keep you awake if you do decide to scroll. Even though endless scrolling is probably not good for you. It does help with the blue light if that makes sense. It helps the eyes to relax & adjust for rest ❤☺️ Sad I missed the giveaway 😞
Honestly, you don't need to drink 3 cups first thing in the morning, one in the morning should be fine and you should only drink when you're thirsty. Drinking a gallon a day is a myth, your body doesn't need that much unless you're sweating a lot and when you drink that much you'll just be flushing out all you're electrolytes when you have to constantly run to the bathroom to pee, I use to think the same and finally learned it's really more simple than we think. I recently bought a bidget! I love it, I'm on the hunt for a good travel bidget that works well, I bout one but it doesn't get the job done for me. would love to hear more on your fashion content, that's something I'm working on as well.

They're site is pretty transperant and the owner is wonderful about answering any other questions. They email you about any changes to the company and why. Thier prices are kinda steep, but making something truly ethical is insanely expensive for a small business. And if you take xare of your pieces properly by airdrying them /wearing them a couple of times before washing them, they will last you a while, which is cheaper in the end

one thing that helps me is putting tomorrow's clothes out the night before/ plan your outfits so you don't get in a fix

To stop from scrolling at night I usually plug my phone in on the other side of the room then journal or read for about 30 minutes before bed.
