Pulling Silicone Doll from Mould - Brooke and Storm

- NO REAL BABIES OR CHILDREN ARE SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO, ONLY DOLLS.
Many of my followers love seeing me pull a baby out of the mould, so this little video is especially exciting as I am pulling not one but two new silicone babies from their moulds - prototypes of two new sculpts 'Brooke' and 'Storm'. And is as exciting for me as for you, as this is my first peek at the babies in silicone too. Hope you enjoy.

Worked in the medical field for many of years and we have silicone dummies for practice, but you never stop to think other people who actually create these exceptional specimens, women men and children.. And I have a couple of porcelain dolls, they are still in the box put away, come to think of it , I better find them, they were given to me, I just haven’t taken the time to display them, out of sight out of mind, if you want know the truth, I just remembered it right now as I’m writing this comment, but the silicone reborn is taking it to another level, I had no idea this is was a hobby for so many people , it’s taking very seriously, like many have nurseries room set up just like a real human baby, I’ll probably knew just never thought too much of it, until this week I receive the card in the mailbox about a reborn silicone baby, which I received before, But this time I actually took the time to read it, and I said to myself I’m going to go on TH-cam and see if I can find people who are really involved in this hobby, and be it to my amazement, I was wow 😳 People really do a lot of role-playing, which I’m not criticizing, it’s a sweet innocent hobby, as long as they don’t actually believe these reborn dolls are real, and forget about there’s a real world out there, it’s a sweet innocent fun, as long as no one is bringing Harm to themselves or anyone else or doing anything kinky and crazy things , It’s sweet beautiful precious innocent hobby, my God you make these reborn dolls looks so real, it blows 🤯 my mind 😮 You’re painting is exceptional, you are truly an artist, You’re worth everything that you charge for these reborn babies, and other little character that you create, the Lord has truly blessed you with exceptional gift he has graced you with the most beautiful talent,The type to work that you do takes skill and a multitude of talent, it’s very tedious work, the little individual fingers and toes it is so beautiful 😍 I find myself saying Awwwwwwwwwww, It’s a sight to see, thank you for sharing your great tremendous beautiful, extraordinary, 👏🏽👏🏽Talented, Gift ! 👏🏽 🥰😘👩🏾🦲 please be safe out in those Coronavirus street, Don’t forget to use universal precautions , Which I know you are. 😷 🤲🏽 🧼

@@CarolynDoughtyDolls hi Carolyn doughty I have a question so what kind of silicone do you use on that baby that you pulled from the mold and people have soft blends of silicone and that soft blend was platinum silicone and this stuff called slaker can I use slaker in the silicone that you are using for your silicone babies and could I use platsil gel to pour my babies in the mold or the platsil gel is only for painting the babies thank you for answering my question
@@CarolynDoughtyDolls and I haven't made a silicone baby yet but I will be starting after my birthday because I want to get the items for my birthday to make a silicone baby so maybe if you have time can you maybe can you do a video on how to sculpt a bigger baby out of clay like the ones you just pulled out of the mold because I kinda dont know how to sculpt a bigger baby kind of the size of your fae tara because I don't know how much clay I need I dont know where to get the clay and I dont know how to sculpt a baby so I just need to learn how to sculpt a baby and I know you taught us how to paint a baby and pour a baby and make a mould for the sillicone baby but I dont know how to sculpt a bigger baby like the size of tara so if you have time to make a clay sculpture of the baby can you maybe video on how to sculpt it thank you for your consideration!!!❤❤❤

I’m curious as to if you used the new (ish) cos clay in your sculpt if it might survive molding? It breaks my heart to see all that time and love invested into the sculpt come out of the mold in pieces.

Hi Pauline, I’m not going to be at the Peterborough show in October (I don’t think it will be going ahead as the date for the ‘ok’ for doll shows seems to be 1 November, but if the Basildon one goes ahead in November we are booked on that one so there’s a good possibility we will be at that one if you are able to visit that one xxx

First of all - thank you so much for your videos!! I love them! My question is - Have you ever tried using an armature for the hand and feet in the silicone baby ? I wonder where I could learn doing that.
Bleeding Heart I’ve put wire armatures in smaller dolls, generally the ones that require holding in a position. I did a video on inserting armature in a little unicorn it’s on this channel somewhere I’m not sure if that would be helpful?
