ഫൈവ് സ്റ്റാർ ഹോട്ടലുകൾ മുതൽ തട്ടുകട വരെ എല്ലാ ഹോട്ടലിലും ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. എല്ലാവരും രുചിയിൽ കേമന്മാരും ആയിരിക്കും.പക്ഷെ നാലോ അഞ്ചോ ദിവസം അടുപ്പിച്ചു ഒരേ ഇടതു നിന്ന് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചാൽ വയറിനു പ്രശ്‌നമാണ്. നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്നും ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഇല്ല. അപ്പോൾ എന്തോ കുഴപ്പം ഹോട്ടൽ ഫുഡിനുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ പാരഗൺ മാത്രം അതിൽ നിന്നും വേറിട്ട് നില്കുന്നു. എല്ലാദിവസവും പാരഗൺ ഹോട്ടലിൽ നിന്നും ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചാലും യാതൊരു പ്രശനവും ഇല്ല.

Paragon is a benchmark restaurant for sure. But i dont believe this man is behind it. He sounds like a whatsapp motivational speaker. I was expecting that he will share some good strategies he taken to grow this business but i didnt heard any such thing. I am sure there are talented people around him who runs this business well.

Sir , First of all, an apology for replying in English and for the disappointment about our biriyani. Its actually one of the main assistant of our main chef in Calicut , who's making the biriyani in Cochin. Plus every month our master biriyani chef makes a visit to retrain and do a taste audit of the dishes especially biriyani. But please bear with me for saying that the issue with dishes like biriyani and some very popular dishes are they go beyond the tastebudds of a person and its also an emotional experience . This is what I personally feel . Of course; there are bad days when the cook can go off the mark , but that can happen with the master chef also . Thankyou so much for your detailed feedback and I will definitely take it into serious consideration and do my best to improve on this matter . Regards Sumesh.

Recently very difficult to get table in gulf Paragon/Salkara restaurants without waiting , even on working days , weekends it is very crowded. Many occasions if we go to washroom and come back some body else will be sitting in our place so repeat order or coffee/Tea order is not possible. Often so crowded so that waiters could not give attention or serve second time main course or side dishes. In these circumstances it is no more enjoyable going to Paragon/ Salkara. So opting for other restaurants. I am a regular customer from 2004-5 onwards when they started in Gulf. But nowadays forced not to attempt going due to these reasons.
