The margarita at The Canteena was wonderful. We also were able to see the short Mickey/Minnye parade back in September. It cured our fenced in feeling from the pandemic. Smile.
Hi I just discovered your chanel and love it! Thank you for all the yummy good info. My family and I are making a list of all the food to try when we go in September!
I watch these videos and know I won't be able to go until I have children. Not my husband's ideal vacation. But I love watching your videos. Just calming and satisfying to watch before bed
The dolwhip pineapple upside down cake is soo good and better than just a cup of dolewhip. Also the spring rolls are probably my favorite snack in all of disney world, i cant wait to get back "home" to try some more food
omg so glad i watch your channel i was at disney 2/28-3/5 and the nutella fruit waffle was SO good made for an excellent breakfast and Gideon's bakehouse WAS AMAZING. I only bought two and ate them over the course of vacation!
People who think these prices are too high do not live in a large expensive city. Our grub hub orders run $25/pp for chicken sandwiches and tots where we live.
True, it's just that the price to get in at all, on top of spending outrageous amount for food vs their surplus income when you account for labour and cost of ingredients is frustrating. The cost in cities is also jacked because of supply and demand. Prices are raised as they are because otherwise everyone could afford to go, which would cause massive lines and a dip in quality of service to make up for the surplus of customers. It makes sense economically, just sucks for customers who can just barely scrape to get admission in.
as a saganaki fanatic- find a local Greek restaurant (most coney islands even have it on the menu) and you can experience it for a lot cheaper! All the other food looks totally unique and worth it. But saganaki is definitely something you can get for less money elsewhere, especially since kasseri cheese can be a bit of an acquired taste.
Personally I thought the candied bacon at the Edison was way over priced but other than that 100% agree with this list! I would add the seasonal not-so-poison apple cupcake to the list of cupcakes that are worth it
I'm normally so down for your food hacks but I gotta say that Nutella ice cream waffle sandwich thing seems insanely messy and way too sweet. Just... A LOT
It does look messy. I'm guessing it is something AJ would deem very shareable. I personally wouldn't do it, but I can see the sense of buying just 2 snacks which could certainly feed a family or multiple adults.
The food at The Edison is very good. But it is expensive. I like the caramel apples too. I like the seasonal/holiday ones. And the food at Sanaa is also good.
BLUE CHEESE CHIPS!!! Zowie! I can hardly wait to try 'em! -- The bread service at Sanaa is something I dream about - ALWAYS go for the larger order of dips!! For just a couple of bucks more than the standard order, you get a bunch more dips and they're so good you want to lick your plate clean. Trust me on this one.
DFB, Geyser Point has changed the Bison Burger. Gone are the waffle fries (from all sides!) and the bun has been replaced with a poppy seed roll which leaves a lot to be desired. We were bummed. We just got back, and Geyser was a favorite of ours. It's too bad they took away part of what made it special
I'm going for my honeymoon in October and I am prepared to spend a ton of money on food. Partially also because I've been on a diet so far this year (down 47 pounds!).
The new carrot cake cookie is okay - the old one was incredible. We would always bring one or two back - had to ask for the cupcake holder to pack it in. We were just there last week - didn't know about the wookie cookie - it looks good.
The fried cheese is easy to make yourself hardest part is going and finding it at your local grocery store fresh market or Whole Market usually has it in stock. Just go to your local cheese store or grocery store and have them order “ halloumi” it is goats milk cheese. You can broil you can grill or fried in a nonstick pan. Cheese will not melt! Slice the cheese in half a inch slices tastes great with a egg and toast . The homey will cost you $9-$10.
I would totally spend $85 on those shot glasses.. i collect shot glasses and those are super cool!! I also love caramel apples!! And cheese ummmm yess please!! These all look amazing!!
I had a Rodian Ration and Fuzzy Tauntaun at Oga's. Delicious and fun. I had some Wookie Cookie as well (we split it). I tried the strawberry and chocolate swirl Dole Whip at Disney Springs (my first whip). The only disappointing thing I ate my whole trip was the burger/fries from Backlot Express.
This makes me want to be at Disney World RIGHT NOW! Delicious. And, BTW, Point Reyes blue cheese comes from a lovely spot on the Pacific coast just north of San Francisco, and Californians pronounce it "Point Rays." ;-)
We just went to all four parks last week. These videos are so helpful. We had some awesome food. We waited in line for 40 minutes for Gideon’s Bakehouse. Ragland Road at Disney Springs was amazing and the live music and River Dancers was so fun.
I have no idea why AJ loves the dole whip upside down cake - it was like a very stale Little Debbie snack cake, and it didn't really go with the dole whip at all.
I am with AJ on this (and many others). I love the upside cake with dolewhip and have had it three times; it has always been very fresh and very moist.
I ordered it last time I went (pre covid) because I wanted to branch out from my regular dole whip, and was so pleasantly surprised. I will definitely get it again!
Hey AJ, can you do a “best places to get coffee in Disney world” video?
Yes please caffeine is a must
Starbucks or Joffreys in all the parks.

When you're a New Yorker and hear the expensive cocktails are $15-20 and think "hmm that's not terrible" 😂
lol, honestly same for a lot of the food and desserts
Disney is the last place that can sticker shock me, and even then I still find times square pricing to be roughly on par lol
I've said it before, Sanaa bread service is the BEST. It's especially great late at night with a couple of cocktails.
I am on a diet, and this channel is killing me, but I won’t stop watching.
