In other countries yeah, but this is America, where an 18 yo can buy a gun same day, zero background checks, then just drive an hour or so across to another state with actual laws and just commit a terrorist attack. crowded places like that it a nightmare to get around you can't get through unless the waves of people have left and then there is a lot of confusion as to what has happened and where
i was at a water park on a night where they were open late two patrol cars and cops out each entrance it was filled beyond what it should have been it wasn't a mass shooting because he got in an argument and ended up shooting 3 people later over it
but no one knew that at the time all we knew was there was someone shooting it was so noisy that even 1/10th of a mile away you couldn't even hear the shots the only reason you would know is a wave of people rushing your way yelling shooter
to try to find out where it happened or what was going on would have been impossible
and the cops and the ambulances were trying to get there but the street was back up for a mile i don't know about the cops outside the entrance i only saw the ones coming as i was leaving
