I think doing different “levels” of punishment foods would be a good incentive to “try not to eat” even if you’ve already ate one of the temptations, if that makes sense!

If I made it all the way to the end for that prize, I would have asked for all the other stuff back and just done the punishment, which honestly didn't seem that bad. Hot sauce and pickle juice cover a lot of hurt.
If you ate the first round already, might as well eat all the following rounds. Punishment should be "take as many bites/gulps of the punishment food as the rounds you ate".
