Balloon on the left: Amscan 24", made in Malaysia, sold by Party City.
Balloon on the right: BK 24" balloon made in Thailand, sold on both Alibaba and Amazon.
The black balloon has one inflation; the purple one has been blown up twice.
Which balloon would you rather have?
