Brother ... i came to germany on skilled visa from Nepal...The company closed after 7 months ...now visa is expiring on mid feb...immigration told me to go back...they also cancelled my TRC....going back is a big loss...and getting job within a month in germany is a big task ...

Hello H r u Brother If Offer letter shows accomodation and transportation + medical insurance is included and the salary shows in hand so what you think employer is said truth or he refused all things when we are there

Accommodation as I said it’s always chargeable. transportation depends on company or agency they may charge or not.
In medical, visit to the public hospital/Dr. is free but medicine doesn’t.
WP is according to 8h/5days, and you hv to work 12h. Although it will depends on your contract.
