      @@Teka-eh8by verdade, agora andando de bicicleta percebi que coloco toda carga nos joelhos pq meus musculos estavam muito fracos, então vigio pra voltar a carga pros musculos

      Todo começo de exercício, é dolorido, principalmente quando a musculatura, articulações, ossos, cartilagem estão fracos.
      Quando comecei a malhar, sentia dores fortes nos joelhos. Depois que a musculatura começou a ficar forte, parei de sentir dores.
