    When Mike talks about squats I remember his old channel where he was doing HEAVY sets of 10+ and then would chill by the puke bin. I think that was back when he was powerlifting. He really did shift his training ideas and that is something VERY respectable. He also seems super fun to be around and knowledgeable

    There are so many ads on this video. I don't know if I'm the only one facing this issue but it really makes the viewing experience way way worse than it should be. Good content but I don't think I'm coming back for other videos dude

    Dr.Swole. Thanks for the great content. I am following you here and Spotify as well. I was just wondering if you could make an episode where you or your guest could share your thoughts about long head tendonitis and what we could do about to improve it or what exercise we should do/avoid. I think many gym goers have this problem but not much quality content on the internet about it. Many thanks

    What did you do in lieu of squats? My knee is hurtin' bad, and i can only do extensions with light weight. Hack squat hurts, bodyweight hurts, etc.

    Yo doc what’s your opinion on an Upper, Lower, Push,Pull Legs, split vs a Push,Legs,Pull,Lower,Upper. I’m currently using the second split I’ve written 👊🏻

    • @DrSwole
      @DrSwole  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’d prefer upper lower pull push legs

    • @DrSwole
      @DrSwole  2 ปีที่แล้ว
