  • Krakow, in southern Poland, is a very popular city with tourists during the summer. Visitors come to explore its historical heritage, architecture, churches, museums and charming cobblestone streets.
    Summer in Krakow is pleasant and often characterized by warm, sunny days. The season generally covers the months of June, July and August, months when the streets are filled with swaying anatomies.
    During these days Krakow experiences daytime temperatures ranging between 20 °C and 30 °C. Some days can be even hotter, especially in July and August. Nights are usually cooler, with temperatures dropping between 10°C and 15°C.
    Summer days in Krakow are long and sunny. The sun usually rises early and sets late, providing many hours of daylight to explore the city and enjoy outdoor activities.
    The sunset, with the sun setting low, reveals striking charms; beauty in Krakow, and in Poland in general, is not a particularly scarce commodity.
    Although summer is generally a dry season in Krakow, it is still possible to experience occasional rain showers or summer storms. It is recommended to bring an umbrella or a waterproof jacket in case of sudden rain.
    The warm and pleasant summer weather makes it an ideal time to enjoy outdoor activities. The city's parks, gardens and terraces are filled with people enjoying picnics, bike rides and recreational activities.
    If your stay is short, it is best to get lost in the streets of the historic center like just another passerby. The brush with history, aromas and colors is an experience that, in itself, immerses us in a charming setting.
