Hi I have issues with laptop when I plug in usb stick or removed usb stick the screen changes with different colors for few seconds then is same screen, what can be this issue I see it only on usb stick?

How to change contrast??
That can be changed manually from the monitor buttons and if laptop then keys for brightness
