    I like your presentation. When you pad pad001 or pad002 from the master sketch it will automatically join the new pads to the frame. Say you wanted to pad pad001 or pad002 from the master sketch but you wanted them to be separate bodies. Should you open a new body, copy the master sketch and paste it in the new body or is there another approach to it? In other cad Softwares, it will ask you to join or cut or make new bodies. Similarly, the pins padded from the master sketch should be new bodies, actually new parts. This is based on eventually listing BOM for manufacturing the parts.

      I used PartDesign to build this model. PartD always add/cuts object as a default operation. If you want separate objects from the same master sketch, building a new body and copying the sketch is the way to go. Just like you said. My today's video (DIY Lantern) shows a similar approach. Thanks.
