Not really, Xavi is older than them and so is Villa, Puyol etc. They are the same age only as the youngest of that spanish generation like Pique or Busquets.

He is not underrated, he played in best teams. But watching his playing much more beautiful than many of players who has higher statistics. A bit like composition of Zidane and Robben.
Psg made a big mistake selling him ,if they allowed di Maria to compete with messi , neymar and kilyan mbappe ,fair and square it would have brought out tge best in all of them .
