You showed up in my feed for some reason. I miss Glacier National Park! It has been about a decade since the last time I went there. I was not a climber then and standing on the top of the peaks would never have occurred to me. I am a climber now and I'd love to go back and climb some of the peaks. Nice video.
I just found your channel and I not only love the educated and well-spoken insight and info, but you and your crew are so fun to virtually hike with. 😄 I live about 5 hours from Glacier and have visited once but am looking to go back - I really appreciate your videos and reminders to respect nature! Definitely a happy subscriber!
Thanks so much for the very nice comment, Kate! It’s great to e-meet you. Thanks for watching and supporting my channel. Excited to share more Glacier content very soon (new video this Sunday!)
Hey Jeff - nice video - love the views from the top. What route did you take? Is this the one on AllTrails? I'm thinking of going this weekend. Thanks!
Hello! The route I took in this video is the most commonly travelled. Siyeh is definitely one of the most well-marked climber trails in Glacier with many cairns along the way.
The route shown in this video mostly class 3 once you’re on the mountain itself. If you take an alternative route either by choice or by accident, you could come across class 4
@Jeff_Hyer Thanks for clarifying. Maybe that's the part you skipped in the summit block video. However, try Mt Brown and you shall get some good class 3-4 adventure with unforgettable views. Don't forget your mountaineering helmet for future scrambling vids :)

Have you hiked to Iceberg Peak? how does this compare to that?
You said class 3 or 4? Should it be class 2 at most?
