I still miss 80's Pizza Hut. It was so good. We would get it a lot on movie nights, since there were Pizza Huts close to most of the theaters were I lived. They would bring the pizza out still sizzling in the pan, and you would use the little spatula to get your slice on the plate, then just drench it in parmesan cheese. The crust was thick, but still airy and crunchy. If I had a time machine, I would probably just use it for food and music related adventures.
Back in the 80's, in America at least, Pizza Hut used to have a program where the elementary school kids could get a free personal pan pizza for reading X number of books, as confirmed by their school. I got so much pizza off of that, to the point that even today Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. It's probably basic of me, but, my go to will always be the Supreme pizza: pepperoni, sausage, onions, olives, mushrooms.
It's sad that they will never know the ecstasy of eating Pizza Hut pizza from 90's or earlier. It's not bad per se these days, but it used to be perfection! Specifically, the crust - when I was growing up, if you flipped a slice over, it would have been a beautiful golden color; a little oily (in a good way), but still delightfully crispy. Now, you get either soft & soggy or dry and flavorless.

Clisare, if you could only maintain your enthusiasm like first second of the vid. But always has a bad bit about what you are doing that particular day.
Pizza Hut only ok as a last resort. So many great handtossed, locally sourced ingredients used in fantastic pizzas at local restaurants even bars. Yum.
I found a pizza I'm now absolutely obsessed with. There's a pizza place here in NorCal called Mountain Mike's, and they offer a white, creamy garlic base on any pizza you like. I put it on a pepperoni pizza and...oh my GAWD. They also offer mini pizzas for one person, and I get it all the time for lunch. It's just so good.
And nah, it's not just a man thing. I don't want all that veggy crap on my pizza. The most I'll accept is mushrooms and olives. Maybe green onions at a push if I'm having a garlic chicken pizza from Roundtable, and of course I pick off the tomatoes. Other than that, just give me straight pepperoni and I'm happy. Double pepperoni, with pepperoni stuffed crust and I'm *yours* forever.

Pagan is thinking about cornmeal. I used to work at a Domino's and we would put the hand tossed crust in corn meal before kneading it.
😅my bad! Thanks
pizza looks like it was shipped 2-day air from minnesota and they just got it like that
We have a pizza at our local pizza place that is called a chicken PB&J. It's a white sauce pizza with chicken, Pineapple, Bacon, and Jalapeno. It's shockingly delicious. I wish y'all could try it.
Clisare went a magical 2 seconds before she made her usual faces and hated everything. It's a new record!
Is there ever anything she likes?
I don’t think you could ever please her. She doesn’t like anything.
@@tracey2156 She literally liked stuff in this video.
Lol I liked the very first one 😂 but I am a) skeptical that a nice one means a bad next one because I’ve been in a million of these😂 and b) unflinchingly honest and I know what I like and I dgaf - but it does make me laugh when ye ignore the stuff I like because there’s plenty of videos where I don’t like stuff for ye to be complaining on 😂

Pagan, it's not polenta... it's Semolina :) I love it with the crispy bottom.. In Chicago and a couple midwestern states, they use cornmeal!
Jalepenos on pizza are perfection. We usually get pepperoni, jalepeno and black olive.
Jaime with his JALapeno HAHHAHAHAA gods I love that guy!
How do these guys not finish every slice of pizza? Those slices are so small that I could finish off each slice in 2 to 3 bites.
Exactly my thoughts......wasteful
They film more than one episode each shoot so they need to pace themselves.
The polenta is used to keep the dough from sticking to the board when making it.
I’m more of a Dominoes fan myself. Especially the hand tossed crust, Alfredo, with sun dried tomatoes, spinach, feta, chicken , and extra cheese. Oh 🤤. I might need to make an order now. Thanks folks.
Yes, pizza is THE perfect food: morning, noon, night, hot or especially cold for breakfast. BUT, my preferred topping 99.9%of the time is a pure Margherita! God bless Naples!!
I swear, your channel has all the most beautiful women in Ireland!! I'd happily watch them all reading aloud from the phone book.
Especially Callyann😍
Cornstarch/cornmeal on the bottom of traditional pizza.
I wish they got to try Hawaiian pizza. It has pineapple and is delicious!
Thank you👍 spicy Hawaiian is my favorite
@@j.robertsergertson4513 I've ordered mine with jalapeños or banana peppers before and you're right. It was still delicious.
I made a pizza with guacamole base, braised pork, with green chilies, Monterey Jack cheese, with some onions. It was delicious.
You have issues .
All summer and Jamie just wore regular Tshirts, now that autumn is settling in he's in a tank top taking us to the gun 💪 show.
I hope Jamie's wife has fixed his pronunciation of jalapeño.
Having made pizzas for a living for 10 yrs, I have not seen drier, less visually appealing pizzas in my life.
Fly me to Ireland and I'll make you guys the best pies you'll ever eat!
I'll even put veggies on some of them!
You should try their Cajun fries. Ive started ordering fries anytime I order from them. I also prefer their Super Supreme pizza.
great to see Callyann trying something good like pizza after that insect episode.
snowing here in Calgary, Canada. -5 to -10C.
Clisare, if you could only maintain your enthusiasm like first second of the vid. But always has a bad bit about what you are doing that particular day.
Lordymercy 🤣, the J in jalapeño is SILENT.. I love y'all!
This year I only panicked for 5 minutes, before remembering the time change in Ireland is different from here in the United States.
We had a pizza place in AZ that had a peanut butter and jelly pizza. Surprisingly, it wasn't bad - just super messy.
That sounds pretty good, just as long as it isn’t on a tomato sauce base.
Close to polenta, semolina is typically used on the bottom of pizza dough. Polenta is corn based semolina is wheat based.
Cornmeal is commonly used in the states.
Last guy summed it up best…‘I’ve had better pizzas, but ultimately I’ll eat any pizza that’s put in front of me.’ Nailed it
Pizza Hut here in 🇨🇦 is deep dish… don’t know what they are giving u across the pond, but I feel like ur getting ripped off 😂 Gr8 vid as always tho 👍🏻
Why does my guy with the “muscle shirt “ seems like he had his way with the stick on tattoo machine 😂😂😂😂😂
You guys should do a comparison of NY style sausage & pepperoni vs Chicago style deep dish sausage & pepperoni.
Oh takes me back worked at a pizza hut years ago.. couldnt eat pizza for a few months after i left lol
"I love all pizza of the world" I think Graeme speaks for all of humanity.
I miss Pizza Hut’s lunch buffet.
My favorite thing to order now is the Family Dinner Box.
My favorite pizza is the Backyard BBQ, favorite wings are the Honey BBQ and favorite breadsticks are the cinnamon sticks
