I must say tho, the Li Shengjie /Liu Xiyu version is one of my fave plotline! i think i have saved in a playlist all uploaded version of that that I could find. BRB, after I finish watching this version.

The first version is highly superior, this isn't bad, is a okey series but compared to 1st version is not close it. They tried to add more drama to make it their own but the script didn't need more drama, they could make it their own differently. Also the chemistry in 1st version is top notch. But overall like i said is still a good drama.
When i watched 1st version a few days back, I liked it very much. I hope this version is also good. Charon & Miqi are good actors and looking beautiful and handsome. ❤❤

I feel somewhat that I wasted my time with this one even though I think the leads here are better actors. The people who made this didn’t understand what made the original so beloved. The original was slice-of-life and 99% romance. In this one the push and pull went on just about forever. The leads were constantly putting our fires rather than working on their relationship. They were the relentless targets of bad people and so the romance took a back seat to all the scheming and dysfunctional family dynamics. Also the ex was better written (and acted) in the original. He had abandonment issues and was constantly testing the FL to the detriment of their relationship. Here he comes across more mean spirited rather than taking the FL for granted. This show devolved into a crazy soap opera that the original wasn’t. That’s not what people signed up for when they see the set up. The dream explicitly states that this is about her finding her true love among two guys. The one that was there all the time supporting her and protecting her when she didn’t know it.
Not watch yet but i see the comment,i think i don't want to watch it😂.For me.the first version is the best,this kind of plot need more more sweetness kiss.But this one I think i give up. Hope it will cast by another actor who can give more intimate and chemistry scene.

Ugh. This version is not as good as the first. The ex of the female lead is horrible. He calls her family to insult her. He spreads rumors about her. Her mother is awful. No wonder she was okay being a doormat. Her mother treated her horribly.
2nd version I've watched. I don't like FL's character here, she's too soft. More embellishments which took away my joy of seeing the scum regret his treatment of FL.
