TFS! So glad yall are okay. Cooking fires scare me so bad. We just bought some fire blankets for our home, in addition to our extinguishers. I also keep a jar of baking soda near my stove for a grease fire. I was injured in a heater accident when I was a child and I am terrified of fire.

Oh my gosh that fire sounds so scary! Glad you're OK! I know what you mean with the pans, i reuse the same pan over and over instead of making 5 pans dirty at the same time. I think people who don't do dishes don't care about how many dishes they use. TWICE i had small fires, once from a tea light that turned into a fireball somehow and once from a man playing around with Firestarter in a fireplace 😬. Anyway i keep big bags of baking soda on hand, I ran and threw some baking soda and it worked like a charm both times to put the fires out (while the man watched frozen in place).
