    I brewed this and just tapped the keg yesterday. I used the hops I had, so Citra for bittering and Mosaic/Amarillo for flavor/aroma. Came out very good.

    Great video. I will be brewing this soon, but how did you get the 15 ppm sodium without adding salt?

      Thank you! I forgot to mention that I add a small amount of canning salt when I need to add sodium

    1:30 Is it really helpful to quote ppm for water additions...considering i don't know anyone who can measure that?

      Thank you for the comment! It sure is, the ppm of those ions plays a huge role in the overall character of your beer. It is easier to measure them than it may seem. All you would need to do to start is send a sample of your brewing water to a company like Ward Laboratories and they will measure everything I mention. Then you can use the free resource Bru’n Water to adjust salt additions to control the ppm of the previously mentioned ions. Cheers!

      I use the free software Bru’n Water for all my water profile adjustments
