  • Rasgulla (literally "syrup filled ball") is a syrupy dessert popular in the eastern part of South Asia. It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of chhena dough, cooked in light sugar syrup. This is done until the syrup permeates the dumplings. some variations of rasgulla are - spongy rasgulla , Kamalabhog , baked rasgulla. You can make it with jaggery syrup for healthier option .
    रसगुल्ला भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप की एक रसीली मिठाई है जो बहुत ही लोकप्रिय है। यह छेना (एक भारतीय आमिक्षा) और सूजी के आटे के गेंद के आकार के वड़े/गोले से बनाया जाता है, जिसे शक्कर से बने हल्के मीठे रस में पकाया जाता है। यह तब तक किया जाता है जब तक कि रस गोले में प्रवेश न कर जाए।

And in the 2017 rosogolla festival, Bengali confectioners prepared the world's largest rasgulla, which weighed nine kilograms. To celebrate the 150th anniversary of rosogolla's invention, the government of West Bengal had also organised a three-day grand ‘Rosogolla festival’ from 28 December 2018 to 30 December 2018.
