People need to realize that Melanie (Sorry if I misspelled her name) isn’t used to being in videos and vlogging. She might of felt a little awkward or uncomfortable but that’s okay. You have to respect that her life isn’t normally recorded on a daily basis.

Especially if she's a shy person, but i did feel like Karli and Asha were being a little rude to her, which would make anyone feel uncomfortable. They may not have done it intentionally but some people don't take "jokes" like others do.

I think Karli gets a lot of hate that she doesn't deserve at all, and both Asha and Karli seem like really nice girls so I think its a unfair judgement to say they are mean. But I do feel they were being a little disrespectful to her epically considering she's new to a TH-cam family and is working on a reputation for herself and doesn't need her friends telling the internet that she wants to go to UCLA but doesn't know what half full half empty glasses meant! Over all I think they were being rude to her but like Asha said in todays video (today is friday the 4th of may 2020) we only see like 10-15 minutes of their life there is no real way to tell what they are actually like!

This is one of the many reasons I love chase. Even tho Asha and lowkey Karli were being rude to Melanie at a few points(they actually were and Melanie looked so uncomfortable) chase never said one rude thing to her. He actually looked like he felt bad for her.
Long story short: I continue to stan chase and his caring,loving and genuine personality.

Exactly! Even tho they weren’t trying to hurt Melanies feelings, I could sense how uncomfortable she would get. Like I have been in her shoes before, I don’t say anything or do anything because I don’t want to make the situation worse. If you want to hate on them, just don’t watch them. I don’t think you understand that they all have a joking sense of humor. Candi has even talked about that in other videos. Sarcasm is common for a group of friends to joke around. Quit reading into things so much, it’s not that deep. If you have nothing better to do than pick apart people’s friendships and interactions then you need to get a hobby or something because it’s very rude.

This video does give such bad vibes, I would personally never laugh at someone who shoots high to go to UCLA. With hard work and dedication you can go anywhere and we need more of this in this video. We also need to respect the fact that Melanie might be a little awkward just because she isn't used to the camera but Asha truly was acting weird to Melanie and its kinda hard to believe that thats not how they act all the time because why would they act meaner in front of a camera bahaha doesn't make sense.

I don't think she is not smiling because she has an attitude. You never know why someone acts the way they do. It could be because she feels awkward being in front of the camera sometimes. It doesn't help when you are getting jokes thrown at you about not being smart enough for UCLA or being a bad driver.
