- Hey everyone, in this video we used our new scag v ride mower to take down years of overgrowth, when we were contacted about this real estate property! It was no problem for this stand on mower, nor our stihl edger to retrieve the edges from years of built up dirt. It was completely overtaken by nature for years, but look at it now, looks like it never was haha. Feel free to leave a comment down below, we try our best to answer

Congratulations on graduation again! Terrific yard to work on. Do home owners not know they are responsible for this area, out side their houses? Or assume it's city property?? Chain link fence with privacy screen attached... like a compound or sorts. We don't have that look in Virginia. You and your dad constantly amaze me, just how fluid you work together. It's like a choreography dance. Brilliant clean up, looks terrific

Wow, that place was very far in initial standards from the surrounding homes. You did a good job bringing it back to neat and usable. The sidewalk had a lot of dirt buildup. Noted the birds found your "picnic" early on this time. Thanks for getting the drain system and sidewalks in order. The area looks much better
